To the best of the seller’s knowledge this puppy is free of any signs or symptoms of disease or congenital defects as of the date the puppy is shipped.
The puppy will receive a health check by a certified veterinarian before shipping. The puppy will also be up to date on vaccinations and worming at time of shipping.
The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) business days of receiving the puppy in order for the guarantee to be valid. In the event a medical problem is found the Buyer has the option of returning the puppy, at the Buyers expense, within five (5) business days of receiving the puppy.
Once the puppy is in the possession of the Buyer, all fees for medical checks (including all vaccinations and exams recommended after purchase) as well as follow-up treatments and veterinary visits, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This includes conditions that are inherent to this breed of dog.
The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price, not including shipping costs. This guarantee is limited to the replacement of a puppy of equal value, no cash or credit refunds are given.
In order to maintain the limited guarantees outlined herein, the Buyer must provide the puppy with all of the normal scheduled vaccinations and all vaccinations must be done by a licensed veterinarian. Records will need to be provided to the seller for the purpose of the guarantee.
Puppies that are shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is much like the common cold which must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. So if you plan to have your puppy shipped, instead of picking it up you need to be aware of this.
Limitations of Health Guarantee:
The guarantee herein is non- transferable. A licensed veterinarian must do all laboratory verification of a genetic disease. The buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from seller. If within one (1) year from the date of purchase from Ulin Bull Terriers, the dog is found and certified by a licensed veterinarian to have a genetic disorder which adversely affects the health of the animal, and if Ulin Bull Terriers is notified within (3) three business days of the veterinarians determination, then Ulin Bull Terriers will Provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value when puppies are available. This does not include any health condition that is inherent to the breed of dog. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Ulin Bull Terriers will not be responsible for veterinarian fees for any condition, costs or shipping cost. Ulin Bull Terriers is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses for any condition, accumulated on returned or replaced dog or puppy. Ulin Bull Terriers sells puppies for pet purposes only, the puppies are sold with unlimited registration so the buyer can breed the dog if the buyer so desires, but we make no guarantees as to the fertility of any pet. This guarantee offers a replacement puppy of equal value only, no monetary refunds will be made.
Venue and Jurisdiction:
Venue and jurisdiction for litigation arising out of or related to Ulin Bull Terriers shall lie exclusively in Iowa.
All Sales are Final:
The seller will not accept any returns other than where the health guarantee is concerned.
Transportation is arranged through third party carriers and occasionally there are delays for numerous reasons including but not limited to weather, logistics, and other unforeseen events. Ulin Bull Terriers will not be responsible or liable directly or indirectly for any transportation delays that may cause you inconvenience.
This contract is non-transferable or assignable.
Registration papers will be shipped with your puppy or sent by regular mail. If the papers are lost the Buyer is responsible for the cost of obtaining new papers.
This agreement represents the total agreement between Ulin Bull Terriers and the Buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to this sale. The buyer has read and understands the terms and conditions herein.
Ulin Bull Terriers requires a signed contract with each puppy purchase. This is for your protection and ours.
The buyer acknowledges that he or she has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this document.
